What insurances do you accept?

Our office works with all insurance providers. On your first visit, our staff will do a complimentary benefits check, and the doctor will go over all of your benefits with you before any treatment is performed. If we are out of network with your insurance, we will still see what out of network coverage you have. We have affordable options for both patients with and without coverage.

How much will it cost?

The cost of your first visit is $40 and includes a consultation, examination and any necessary x-rays. Based on what the doctor finds, he will sit down with you and go over any costs of treatment.

How much time will it take?

We advise our patients to allow 40-45 minutes for their initial appointment. This will allow you ample time to complete the initial intake form, have an exam with the doctor, and any necessary x-rays. What is going to happen during my initial visit?

During you initial appointment, Dr. Isaiah will sit down with you to discuss the primary reasons for your visit and any other health concerns that you would like him to address. He will then perform a comprehensive examination to determine what is causing your pain/problems, and how to correct it.

What happens after my first appointment?

After the initial appointment, the doctor will go over all of the findings from your examination, what it takes to get them corrected, as well as all insurance benefits. You will then get your first treatment.

How do I get to your office?

We are located just off of Main Street in downtown Brookings, on the corner of 5th Street and 5th Avenue, across the street from the Post Office.
